Longing, Revisited (or Grazing Table)

What do I long for? Not only what,
But why? Why do I long for
What I spurned so long? Pushing the pull
Until it was gone?

Why did I never sit? When I stand
I sway and dodge: horribly on brand.
If I sit, I can't run. But why did I ever
Want to run?
